Test Results:
Insulcote has been tested to Australian standard of AS1530 PART 3 BY AWTA TEXTILE TESTING.
Container Size: 4lts , 10lts
Mixing Instructions:
Mix 1 part of concentrated Insulcote with 2 parts of cold water. i.e. 10lts of Insulcote with 20lts of water.
Storage:
Indefinitely, in plastic airtight containers, in a cool place, out of direct sunlight.
Application:
It is important to do test samples to ascertain if fabric is receptive to flame retarder. Fabric should be clean and dry. Insulcote may be sprayed, brushed or dipped. Best results are obtained by using a pump up garden spray at a rate listed below. Care should be taken not to flood the fabric, particularly dark colours, as salt crystals may float to the surface and a light residue may form. Insulcote may be further thinned to allow extra penetration; this will minimize salt build-up on surface of fabric.
Safety Directions:
Not to be taken internally. Avoid breathing spray mist. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Wash hands and exposed skin after use.
First-Aid:
Wash splashes for eyes immediately with warm water. If ingested drink liberal amounts of water. Wash all spills away with water. If discomfort continues seek medical advice.
